Bircher Muesli aka Overnight Oats

This is a great way to start the day, add your favourite fruits and nuts for a filling breakfast or a healthy snack. Prepared the night before, you can grab and go!

Serves [2]

Ingredients

  • 50g oats (any)

  • 120ml milk (any)

  • 60ml yoghurt (any)

  • 50-100g any fruit, seeds, nuts, dried fruit (grated apple goes well with raisins)

  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon, or other spice (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Combine the oats, milk, yoghurt together and mix

  2. Add a combination of any fruit, seeds, nuts etc that you enjoy

  3. Store in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast or healthy snack
