There’s no better way to stay cool this summer with this refreshing iced tea, great to serve at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • Any brewed tea, even flavoured, that needs using up

  • A selection of fruit e.g lemons

  • Fresh mint

  • Ice cold water to blend

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients with ice and mix well together

  2. Any citrus can be added to flavour the tea

  3. If needed sweeten with sugar, honey, agave syrup or a vanilla coffee syrup
