Banana and Peach Smoothie

Are you bananas looking bit over ripe? They’re perfect for this delicious fruit smoothie, we’ve added peaches but you can include any of your favourite fruits.

Serves [4]

Ingredients

  • 2 over ripe bananas

  • 1 tin of peaches or any fruit in juice

  • Ice cold water to blend

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and combine or whizz with a hand blender

  2. Serve with ice and a slice of your favourite fruit.

Food Savvy tip

This recipe can also be used for ice lollies for a summer time treat.
